This essay illustrates two queer interracial relationships within the movies “Chutney Popcorn” and “The Beautiful Laundromat”. Where they both struggle with there identity through navigating there sexuality and culture. This essay not only talks about the main characters relationships but also how gender plays a role in combatting certain societal expectation.
